New cases made with recycled polyamide

A range of 7 new colors and 3 different eyeglass case models come together with Elastane, a material derived from recycled fishing nets and end-of-life fabrics.

Elastane tells a story of renewal, addressing the critical issue of ocean pollution caused by debris and waste of all kinds. This material is made with 78% recycled polyamide derived from fishing nets recovered from the sea and end-of-life fabrics.

Our scouting efforts and continuous research, in collaboration with innovative companies, enable us to consistently discover cutting-edge materials and explore their applications in packaging design.

Elastane is versatile, silky, and elastic, making it an excellent fit for both soft packaging designs and rigid or foldable formats.

For the Elastane collection, we selected three evergreen shapes—timeless models that cater to all market needs.

  • Soft case DELFINA: a pouch-style case with rounded seams and shapes, spacious yet very lightweight, ideal for those seeking practicality. The hidden magnetic closure gives the design a clean and streamlined look, making it suitable for holding both prescription and sunglasses frames.
  • Hard case MARCONI: for those seeking maximum protection for their frames, featuring two metal shells coated on the inside and outside, joined by a hinge, an ideal choice for those prioritizing security. A classic shape dressed in a new recycled material and fresh color shades.
  • Foldable case ORIGAMI: a triangular-shaped packaging that is spacious and protective. When not in use, Origami can be folded upon itself, taking up minimal space in a pocket, bag, or store. The perfect choice for those looking for original, space-saving packaging.

The color shades chosen for the collection are inspired by the colors of the earth.

Warm, earthy tones connected to the natural world, such as burnt red, ochre yellow, forest green, nude, and midnight blue, create a chromatic journey that enhances the aesthetic value of the product as well as its display.

Black and fuchsia, on the other hand, are timeless colors that communicate a classic and bold style.

The customization we recommend for these cases is pad printing, a versatile technique that can print on any surface—flat, concave, or convex—allowing for customization of both the exterior and interior of the case with a logo.
